Latvian Networking School (Latvijas Datortīklu Skola - LDS), is a major IT event in Latvia which takes place twice a year in Jurmala always on the last weekend of May and September.

On LDS participants are traditionally informed about the news and tendencies in the IT sector, the newest equipment is exhibited and demonstrated, and end users (companies) share their solution implementation experience and results.

Presentations and demonstrations are delivered by leading technical experts.

Few facts about Latvian Networking School:

• In May 2012, 29th session of LDS will take place;
• Up to 130 participants;
• Participants – IT managers and administrators from Latvia's largest financial and governmental institutions;
• Up to 10 producer companies participate on LDS with more than 15 presentations;
• End user (company) presentations about IT solution implementation process and its results.
